Welcome to media accreditation registration for the Kyalami 9 hour / MotorFest. The application process is open from 10th January until 8th February 2023, and no late entries will be considered.
Only MSA Accredited media will be considered for a photographic 2023 accreditation.
Videography is only allowed with explicit permission from the Media office. For written approval contact media@kyalami9hour.com
Failure to present video accreditation on request will result in immediate removal from the event.
Notification of your application is sent automatically to our media team. It is not necessary to confirm your application separately by email.

Kyalami 9 hour / MotorFest will confirm the outcome of your media accreditation application three weeks prior to the start of the event.
All photographers/videographers must wear a helmet (kayak/rock climbing/cycling-style helmet are authorized) and fireproof overalls when working in the pitlane. Please note pitlane access will be limited during the event. A successful media accreditation is no guarantee that access will be granted.
We will verify all information provided in the media accreditation application. Falsifying information will lead to immediate rejection of the application.
